1. Link Expiration: Files hosted via this utility are subject to third-party retention rules. Guest uploads remain accessible as long as active traffic exists, but will automatically expire and be deleted after 10 continuous days of inactivity.
2. Third-Party Hosting & Zero Storage: IntellG Smart Tools is a front-end client interface. We do not store, host, process, or backup any of your uploaded files on our servers. All uploads are sent directly to independent third-party hosting infrastructure (Gofile).
3. No Owner Responsibility / Liability: The owner and developers of IntellG Smart Tools accept no liability or responsibility for user-generated content, broken links, lost files, copyright infringement, or misuse of generated URLs. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to upload and distribute.
